PAYMENT POLICY AND DISCOUNTS
1. All fees stated above are inclusive of the following:
• Materials and resources
• School uniforms (1 pair for the first year)
2. Fees that the school will NOT be liable for are:
• Public Examination Fees (Checkpoint and IGCSE examination)
• Excursion and field trips
• Registration fees RM 350.00 (non-refundable)
• Textbooks and exercise books
• Extra uniforms which the students request has to be purchased
• All ECA (Korean language classes, chess lessons)
• IGCSE Past Year Papers
• School Meals
3. A security deposit of RM6,000 will be payable by parents upon enrolment of their child into any
Edenbridge programmes. This will be refundable with one term notice prior to withdrawal from
studies.
4. Withdrawal application for ANY of Edenbridge programmes MUST be submitted via letter and thenceforth the request of refund will be processed. The letter must be submitted not later than 1 term before the last day of study at Edenbridge. In the absence of a written submission of withdrawal, the deposit will then be deemed as non-refundable.
5. Parents with more than one child in Edenbridge will receive a sibling discount of 10% off the
school fee for the second child and 15% for the consecutive child who is enrolled on the ANY
programme.
6. Enrolment Discount (first term of each academic year) is subject to changes occasionally. This
discount will only apply to new enrollments and not existing students.
7. Students who are applying for the Edenbridge Financial Grant (EFG) will have to write a letter of request and sit in an interview before the approval of the grant.
8. Edenbridge has the right to withdraw ANY EFG given to the students without any notice.
9. A discount of 10% will be given on annual school fees and 5% on term school payments.
